Come home to yourself.
Small-group yoga and wellness retreats for women. Daily asana and meditation, Qi-Gong by the water, guided nature walks, sauna rituals and seasonal vegetarian cuisine grown on our partner organic farms.
A considered pause, held with intention.
Elumi Yoga was founded on a simple principle: rest is not a reward for exhaustion, it is a practice. Our retreats create the conditions for genuine restoration — a considered daily rhythm, nourishing plant-based food, time in nature and the quiet company of like-minded women.
Each programme blends hatha and slow vinyasa yoga with pranayama, guided meditation, Qi-Gong, forest bathing and traditional sauna. Group sizes are deliberately small so that every practice can be adapted to the body in front of us.
Movement. Rest. Connection.
A day at an Elumi retreat.
Structured enough to hold you, spacious enough to breathe. Every session is optional — the mat, the trail and the hammock are equally valid choices.
Silent sitting and breathwork to open the day, followed by warm lemon and ginger.
Ninety minutes of slow vinyasa or hatha, sequenced for mobility, strength and steadiness.
Guided walks through glen and woodland, or a gentle standing Qi-Gong set by the water.
Restorative yin and yoga nidra, wood-fired sauna and cold plunge, then a shared vegetarian table.

Seven nights on the shores of Loch Lomond.
Our inaugural retreat welcomed twenty women to a lochside estate within the Trossachs National Park for a week of twice-daily yoga, morning meditation, Qi-Gong on the jetty and long walks through ancient oak woodland.
Meals were vegetarian and seasonal, prepared with produce from a neighbouring organic farm. Afternoons were free for wild swimming, sauna, trail riding or simply reading by the water.
It set the standard for everything that followed.
Everything you need, nothing you don't.

"Before the day begins, sit for three minutes and lengthen the exhale — inhale for four, exhale for six. It is the simplest way to signal safety to the nervous system."
Words from our guests.
"I arrived exhausted and left genuinely restored. The rhythm of the days — morning meditation, a slow vinyasa practice, a long walk in the hills and sauna before dinner — reset something I had been ignoring for years.
"The Qi-Gong sessions by the water were the highlight for me. Emilie holds the space with real skill, and the food — everything vegetarian, most of it from the farm down the road — was extraordinary.
"As a complete beginner I was nervous about keeping up. Every practice was intelligently sequenced with options, and I never once felt out of place. I came alone and left with friends I still speak to weekly.
Frequently asked.
A few of the questions we're asked most often before booking.
Read all FAQsDo I need previous yoga experience?+
Not at all. Every practice is taught with clear options and props so beginners and experienced practitioners can share the same room comfortably.
What does the retreat fee include?+
Seven nights' accommodation, all vegetarian meals and herbal teas, two daily yoga sessions, morning meditation, Qi-Gong, guided nature walks, sauna and cold-water access, and all group excursions.
Is the food suitable for allergies?+
Yes. Our menus are plant-forward and vegetarian, largely sourced from partner organic farms. Gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy-specific requirements are catered for when shared in advance.
Can I come on my own?+
Most of our guests do. Single occupancy and shared twin rooms are both available, and the retreat is structured so the group settles quickly and naturally.
